Olivia Taylor

Olivia grew up in the Wokingham area, loving to explore the historical town and seeing it develop into a place with great opportunities. Olivia graduated from the University of Winchester with a degree in Primary Education and specialism of History in 2020. Before training, Olivia spent a month in Borneo teaching and setting up community projects, showing her the value of communities inside and outside of school.

Throughout her training, Olivia worked with children of all ages in multiple different educational settings including large Infant and Junior schools, a multicultural London school and some Swiss schools as part of an exchange programme. She particularly enjoys working in Key Stage 1 and creating a classroom rich with exciting lessons that inspire curiosity.

During her University years Olivia loved working at a camp for children and young adults with additional needs; an opportunity that allowed her to develop her understanding of different needs inside and outside of the classroom. Olivia enjoys watching different sports with her family, especially big tournaments such as the Olympics and World Cup.
