GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

Alicia Carruthers

Alicia has been part of Floreat Montague Park SEN team since November 2020. Alicia Graduated from Salford University in 2018 with a BA Hons in Theatre and Performance. Before University Alicia spent two years at a children's entertainment company, where her passion for working with children began. Alicia loves to support children 1:1 and finds being part of their journey to independence rewarding. 

Outside of work, Alicia loves spending time with her two rescue dogs, Lottie and Lola and going on long walks. Alicia enjoys going to the West End to see theatre production and live music.
