GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

Charlotte Penn

Charlotte has been a Wokingham foster carer for almost a decade. Through fostering Charlotte has completed extensive training and has found the most valuable to be PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity and Empathy). PACE has given Charlotte the skills and confidence to therapeutically parent the children in her care.

Each child is an individual and behind every behaviour there’s a reason which Charlotte has learnt means understanding the needs of each child and how they are best supported can take time and lots of patience. Charlotte is looking forward to using her knowledge as part of the SEN team at Floreat Montague Park.

Charlotte loves travelling with her husband and their Labradoodle Arlo, in their camper van.  At home you can find Charlotte in her craft room sewing and crocheting.  She also loves the theatre, cinema and socialising.
