GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

Chris Stephenson-Davis

Chris has been a primary teacher since 2014 and is a graduate of the University of Gloucestershire, where he completed a Primary Teaching degree with a specialism in ICT and Computing.

Throughout his career and training, he has taught in a variety of settings and age ranges from Nursery through to Year 6. He has particularly enjoyed teaching in Early Years and Key Stage 1, especially seeing children develop and achieve both academically and socially during their first years of school.

Chris has been part of the team at Floreat Montague Park since 2017 and enjoys playing an active role in school life and the wider school community. He is delighted to be working as Deputy Headteacher, a role which allows him to make a significant impact on the children’s learning across the school.
