GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

Kirstie Lipyeat

Kirstie has been at Floreat Montague Park since it opened in 2016. Kirstie was awarded her Childhood, Youth and Community Studies degree at The University of Winchester and then went on to complete her Initial Teacher Training degree whilst working in Nursery and Reception at a local private school. Kirstie ignited her love for Early years and working with children after having gone back to her old Infant School for work experience during year 10. Since starting at Floreat, Kirstie has taught in Nursery, Year 1 and Reception.

Kirstie enjoys providing hands-on experiences for children to support their learning and has particularly enjoyed being a member of the professional early years team at Floreat as it has grown and developed in many ways over the years.

Outside of school, Kirstie enjoys visiting and spending time with her family and friends. She also likes going on walks, swimming and also visiting new places.
